  When I was given the honor of attending the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards at Stockton College, I never imagined that it would be such a fulfilling and life-changing experience. I would like to thank the Cherry Hill Breakfast Rotary for sponsoring me to attend RYLA. I learned the true qualities of a leader, and I was able to make many new friends along the way. I would also like to thank the RYLA staff and especially Mr. Puderbach for giving me such an amazing opportunity for self-development as a leader. I hope to be able to use the messages of speakers, Nashad Warfield, Steve Bollar, Dr. Michael Fowlin, Richard Gallagher, Major John Hunt, and Dr. Robert Gilbert, to continue to serve others in all aspects of my life. I will always remember the experience and opportunity given to me by RYLA, and I will apply everything that I learned in the future. Once again I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those involved with RYLA who made it such an amazing experience for me and my fellow students and leaders. I am extremely grateful to have been chosen as the Top Conferee for the 2008 leadership conference in honor of Mr. James Lilley. Mr. James Lilley has been involved in rotary organizations for many years, and I am honored to have received this award in his name, symbolizing his many accomplishments and services as a Rotarian. The RYLA experience and the Top Conferee of the Year Award that I received, has inspired me to continue as a leader of service to others. Thank you to everyone who made this opportunity possible.
